Fundraising & Donations
Athelstone Kindergym is a not-for-profit organisation proudly run by a volunteer committee. We rely on the generosity of our families, community and supporters through fundraising and donations to help keep Kindergym running.
Our fees cover only part of our ongoing operating costs, which means fundraising plays an important role in helping us continue to provide a fun, welcoming and affordable service to our local community.
Throughout the year, we run a variety of fundraising activities and events, giving our families and supporters plenty of opportunities to get involved and show their support.

Our committee organises raffles throughout the year, giving you a fun way to support Kindergym while also having the chance to win some fantastic prizes! You can support us by purchasing raffle tickets for yourself, or by sharing them with your family and friends. Every dollar raised goes directly back into the running of Athelstone Kindergym.
Make a Donation
Sponsors are always welcomed and appreciated. If you or your business would like to make a monetary donation or donate a prize for one of our raffles, please see your coach or contact us. We can promote your business on our notice board, social media and website as a thank you for supporting us!
Volunteer
We’re always grateful for volunteers who are willing to lend a hand and support Kidnergym.
Whether you’d like to help out at one of our Bunnings BBQs or become a committee member, there are plenty of ways to get involved.
Drakes Community Dollars
If you shop at Drakes, there’s an easy way for you and your family to support Athelstone Kindergym, through the Drakes Community Dollars Program. Each time you shop, simply use a key tag or the myDrakes app to help raise funds for Kindergym. For every $2 spent at a participating Drakes store in SA, 1 cent is donated to your chosen community group.
To get started, ask your coach for a key tag or download the myDrakes app and select ‘Athelstone Kindergym’ as your group. Then just scan your key tag or app each time you shop. Every little bit helps, and we truly appreciate your support!

What an amazing effort from our volunteers and committee members to host 2 Bunnings BBQ's this year! The much needed funds were raised to help keep Athelstone Kindergym running and the cost of memberships low for members. We truly value all the support we have received in 2026.
